Members
Only people listed here can sign in. The hourly rate is copied onto each new entry, so changing it does not alter past entries.
Lists
One item per line. Projects fill the project dropdown; classifications are suggested as people type, alongside ones they have used before. Renaming an item here does not rename it on existing entries.
Workloads
How many hours a week each member is expected to work, for the View tab's "Expected hours", "Over/under expected" and "Running balance" columns. Hours count only from a member's first line on; leave it empty for no workload. Expected hours are spread over Monday to Friday, minus the member's holidays and days off.
Holiday schedules
Public holidays, one schedule per canton. Each member's workload uses one schedule. One holiday per line, written like days off; add each new year's dates before it starts.
